Clusia (Clusia lanceolata)

The Clusia, which is native to the mangrove areas of Brazil, is a pretty shrub or small tree which grows to 8-10 feet. The lance shaped leaves are leathery and extend approximately 3 inches. The Clusia has large, showy white flowers with dark red centers whose blooms measure approximately 2 inches across and small, round fruits. The Clusia thrives in full sun to light sun and is also known for attracting butterflies.
