Hibiscus Bush (Hibiscus)

The Hibiscus, which blooms year-round in south Florida, is one of the most popular flowering plants in Florida with over 200 species. The shrub comes in a variety of sizes and colors with both bush and tree forms. Upon initial planting, hibiscus plants require lots of water but once established plants can tolerate moist or dry conditions. The shrub also prefers direct sunlight.
