Jasmine - Night Bloom (Cestrum nocturnum)
This tropical perennial, which is also called Night-blooming Cestrum, Lady of the Night, Queen of the Night, and Night-blooming Jessamine, is native to the West Indies and is one of the most fragrant plants grown as its white flowers emit an intoxicating fragrance at night. This woody evergreen has glossy lance-like leaves and white flowers that bloom repeatedly from mid summer to early winter. The plant can grow from 8-13 feet and does well in sun to partial shade. It can be pruned to maintain desired size.
