Plumbago – Imperial Blue (Plumbago auriculata)

The Plumbago Imperial Blue, also called Blue Jasmine and Leadwort, is a fast growing perennial shrub native to South America. The shrub can grow to 4 feet high and almost 3 feet wide with pretty light blue flowers that bloom from early spring to fall. The plant is drought tolerant and prefers full sun but continues to bloom in partial shade as well.
